"The warranty came through, but I had to dig a bit"
I ended up needing to use the warranty, and thankfully it did help me out. The only thing is, I wish the details had been explained a little more clearly upfront. I had to spend some time figuring out what was actually covered, but once I got through that, the warranty was useful.

"Honestly, Worth It"
I kept wondering if I’d feel guilty after paying for it, but honestly? Not really. The price felt fair, it drives really nicely, and every time I get behind the wheel I’m like, yep, I’m good with this decision.

I went on nissanusa.com because the incentives looked really solid at first, but once I started reading the fine print, it felt misleading. The wording makes the deals sound way more straightforward than they actually are. Then you find out there are a bunch of rules, only certain trims qualify, and the payment they show online doesn’t really line up with what the dealers tell you. The site itself is easy enough to use, but the promotions should be much clearer upfront. it wasted my time more than anything

"Nissans are unreliable"

Nissan vehicles cannot be relied on for longevity. According to Nissan Consumer Affairs and Nissan Customer Service, a modern V8 engine that has been well-maintained cannot be expected to last more than 100k miles unless it is serviced exclusively by a Nissan dealership. A known defect (NTB19-057a) affecting their VK56VD engines occurred outside of the warranty, and they refuse to offer any sort of repair assistance if it is maintained outside of a dealer. Find a more reliable vehicle with a company that actually stands behind its product when they do something wrong.

"Good deal, but I felt like just another number"
The deal itself was decent, so I can’t really complain about the price. But the amount of waiting was frustrating. After a while, it started to feel less like anyone was actually helping me and more like I was just a ticket number in a long line. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

I was trying to compare trims on nissanusa.com and it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The site looks clean and modern, but pages were loading slowly for me and I kept getting sent back to menus for some reason. Something about it just felt harder to use than it should’ve been

"Runs Well, But Uses Gas Fast in the City"
My Nissan drives fine and I haven’t had any real issues with how it runs. The only thing is the gas mileage isn’t as good as I was hoping. When I do a lot of city driving, the stop-and-go traffic makes it use gas quickly.

It feels decent for the most part, honestly. Like, when you’re using it, it does the job and doesn’t feel cheap right away, but some parts do rattle a bit, which makes me wonder if... "Still really happy with the way it looks"
I’ve had it for a little while now, and I still catch myself looking back at it after I park. From day one, I really liked the exterior design. The front end has a sharp look without being too flashy, and over time the body lines have made it feel a bit more premium than what I expected for the price. After a few weeks, I even started getting the occasional compliment in parking lots, which always feels nice. At night, the lights look clean and modern too. Overall, it’s just a good-looking car, plain and simple.

For the most part, I felt like the pricing was explained clearly, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to dig around too much to understand the main costs. That said, there were a couple of fees that kind of surprised me once everything was added up. They weren’t necessarily outrageous or anything, but I do wish they had been pointed out a little more directly earlier on so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, not a bad experience, just a small heads-up that the final total may be a bit more than you first think

I leased my Nissan through the site it was easy to follow for the most part. The payment info and options were laid out clearly enough, which I appreciated. That said, I did end up calling the dealer to double-check a few things because I wasn’t 100% sure on some details. Kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall the process went smoother than I expected, and I’m happy with the deal I got.

"Decent drive, but not really my favorite"
It handles well overall, which I do appreciate, but personally I’m not a fan of how sluggish the acceleration can feel at times. Maybe I’m just used to cars with a bit more pep, but it left me wanting more. The road noise also gets on my nerves after a while, especially on longer drives. It’s not a bad car, just not one I’d be excited to drive every day.

I tried doing my trade-in through nissanusa.com, and it ended up being more annoying than I expected. The online estimate looked decent, but once I got to the dealer, the number changed quite a bit and nobody really took the time to explain why. I also felt like the whole thing was handled kind of carelessly, like my paperwork and details were just being passed around without much attention. On top of that, I had to sit around waiting way longer than I was told. The website itself was easy enough to use, but the actual trade-in process felt messy and frustrating.

I used nissanusa to look for cars near me, and it was fine for browsing, but the availability was frustrating, really frustrating. A lot of the cars I liked showed up online, but when I called the dealer, they weren’t actually available anymore. Some listings seemed outdated or already spoken for. It’s okay if you just want to look around, but it ended up wasting my time...

"I’ve been using the Nissan app and…"
I’ve been using the Nissan app and the car tech for a few months now, it’s been smooth. The screen is easy to use, Bluetooth connects quickly, and the safety alerts have actually helped me a couple times in traffic, which is nice because apparently I enjoy being mildly stressed on the road. Remote start from my phone is probably my favorite part, especially on cold mornings when I’m trying to act like stepping outside isn’t a personal attack. I also used Nissan USA to compare trims and check features, and it was simple enough to figure out. Nothing dramatic here — I’m just calmly pleased that everything works the way it’s supposed to.
